Free cancellation windows

Cancelling after the free window

Cancellations made after the applicable window closes are non-refundable. If your plans change, contact us as early as you can — where the calendar allows, we're happy to move your dates to another available stay instead, at no charge and at our discretion.

Non-refundable rate

If you booked our discounted non-refundable rate (5% off), the booking cannot be refunded, regardless of when you cancel. Date changes may still be offered at our discretion, subject to availability.

No-shows and early departures

If you don't arrive on your check-in date without cancelling, or you leave earlier than your booked check-out date, the booking is charged in full and no refund is due for unused nights.

If we cancel

In the rare event that we have to cancel your booking (for example, the property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control), you will receive a full refund of everything you paid us, processed immediately. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method used at checkout (via PayFast or Paystack). Once processed on our side, please allow 7–10 business days for the funds to reflect, depending on your bank.

How to cancel

Email info@minisuites.co.za or WhatsApp +27 81 735 6250 with your name and booking dates. Your cancellation is effective from the time we receive it, and we'll confirm in writing.
